"We were thrilled by the exciting and inspiring personalities"

New city, new opportunities – with the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Mannheim, the RKW Group is intensifying its cooperation with local colleges and universities. In the past, we have already successfully participated in career fairs at the University of Mannheim, followed this year for the first time by our participation in an event at the Mannheim Business School (MBS).

Around 650 students are enrolled at MBS, the orientation of the university is international and offers, for example, management training for participants with highly diverse backgrounds - an offer that fits perfectly with the RKW Group. Because: We are always looking for new talents who want to actively participate in shaping the future of our company - in a dynamic industry with great growth opportunities. For this reason, I participated in the "MBS Online Career Week" for the first time a few days ago together with my colleague Christoph Meyer (Head of Projects & Strategy).

In addition to the presentation of the RKW Group, the main focus was on the interactive exchange with the students. Two topics that were particularly in focus: the company's commitment to sustainability as well as international career opportunities.

On the second day of "Career Week", together with my colleague, Samira Montag, I had the opportunity to get to know individual students better in Zoom interviews - naturally, we focused on potential applicants who might be a good fit for RKW based on their profile and previous work experience.

We were thrilled by the exciting and inspiring personalities we had the opportunity to meet on this day and look forward to further cooperation with Mannheim Business School. When asked how many MBS graduates are currently working in the RKW Group, we may be able to answer with the names of some of our colleagues in the near future.
