Your role and responsibilities
- Ensure the legal compliance of RKW products with applicable national requirements for food, cosmetic, and hygiene packaging
- Process customer inquiries, with a particular focus on hygiene and food packaging
- Prepare recipe disclosures and declarations of conformity
- Implement global RKW specifications as well as applicable legal requirements
- Translate customer requirements and regulations from associations and brand owners into internal specifications and processes
- Provide professional advice and training to customer representatives and internal colleagues on regulatory affairs topics
- Work closely with regional and global business units
Your profile and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g. chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or food chemistry), IT, or comparable experience in the packaging or hygiene industry
- Very good written and spoken English is essential
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, diverse, and cross-functional team environment
- Self-motivated and a strong team player
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of European food and packaging law is an advantage
- Willingness to travel for business
