Your role and responsibilities
- Contribute to and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Manage brand architecture and drive global brand leadership in collaboration with IP specialists
- Develop product strategies, including pricing and market positioning
- Provide market and industry insights and derive strategic actions
- Optimize the product portfolio, including standardization, quality, and pricing strategies
- Plan, execute, and launch new products or product variations
- Lead cross-functional projects from a marketing and product management perspective
- Evaluate and further develop the value proposition
Your profile and qualifications
- University degree in Marketing or Sales
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the agricultural sector
- Experience in selling agricultural products
- Proven track record in building brand portfolios
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Valid driver’s license required
