Your contribution
- Leading the project teams in the implementation and further development of lean management principles and their realization, such as the introduction of Shop Floor Management (SFM)
- Promotion of continuous improvement at all locations
- Coordination and communication between all involved departments of SFM best practice examples within the global OU community
- Development of improvement potentials and action plans based on process analyses
Your strengths
- Completed studies in the field of economics or engineering
- Good knowledge of lean, operational excellence, quality management or problem solving techniques (e.g. Ishikawa / 6W2H / FMEA etc.)
- Experience in the introduction of SFM in the process industry
- Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills
- Work experience in an intercultural environment
- Business fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
