Your contribution
- Factoring: posting and reconciliation in SAP, uploading information to the factoring portal, account maintenance
- Carrying out monthly intercompany reconciliations
- Invoice verification, clarification of discrepancies with the purchasing department and posting
- Communicating with suppliers, processing reminders and discount claims
- Booking of incoming payments, clarification of payment differences and monitoring of cash discount claims
- Creating dunning runs, monitoring defaulting customers and initiating collection procedures
- Creating and executing SAP payment runs, making manual payments and recurring postings
- Processing travel expense reports and administering the travel expense software
- Special projects and process optimisation (in particular further development of processes)
Your strengths
- Completion of a commercial apprenticeship
- At least 2 years of professional experience in auditing/accounting
- Good knowledge of SAP FI and MS Office
- Sales tax knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Structured, results-orientated way of working as well as a high level of detail and service orientation
- Independent and results-orientated way of working
