Group Supplier Quality Management System Manager (m/f/d)

Your contribution

  • Define, optimize, maintain and implement a system for supplier selection and evaluation, in line with the Quality Management Systems/Standards and customer requirements 
  • Set up general requirements for supplier to RKW also for supplier qualification and evaluation 
  • Define and prepare reporting for supplier evaluation 
  • Develop and lead an effective supplier auditing program and follow up of audit reporting 
  • Optimize, maintain and implement a harmonized process for complaint follow up on raw materials and packaging, in line with the Quality Management Systems/Standards and customer requirements
  • Create, optimize and implement a process flow for raw material specifications and follow up of product compliance

Your strengths

  • Bachelor or Master degree (or equal through experience) in engineering / sciences
  • Experience in Quality Management or Supplier Quality Management on a global scale (film or plastics industry desired)
  • Good knowledge of multi quality management systems complexity (BRC, IFS, ISO 9001, ISO…)
  • Work experience in an intercultural environment
  • ISO Training 9001 /50001 /140001 / P&G QAKE & Audit Training / Supplier Audit training 
  • Auditor / audit experience on a global scale
  • Statistics and strong analytical skills 
  • Ability to communicate and lead tasks in a matrix organization
  • Ability to travel worldwide up to 50%
  • Fluent in English, French and German at least passive knowledge, any other language is considered as an asset
