Your contribution
- Serving as interface function between Group Controlling and Group HR
- Monthly support, management and optimization of HR reporting with a strong focus on personnel costs and cost center monitoring
- Identifying, analyzing and commenting on plan/actual deviations, preparing forecasts and ad hoc analyses for selected Controlling/HR projects
- Responsible for reporting working and sick time in SAP BW as well as using BW data for various analyses
- Constant comparison and co-development of corporate people KPIs used for specialist departments and processes
- Advising the departments and presenting key figure developments to them and the management team
Your strengths
- Successfully completed degree or training specializing in controlling/finance or HR management with experience in HR controlling
- Professional experience in controlling or personnel controlling, preferably in an internationally operating industrial company
- Profound experience with common KPIs and reporting methods
- Very good knowledge of Excel and SAP R/3 and confident handling of other common MS Office applications
- An affinity for figures and the ability to analyze and interpret figures from a business perspective.
- Structured, results-orientated way of working as well as a high level of detail and service orientation
- Accuracy, reliability and discretion when processing analyses, evaluations and enquiries
- Experience in operating a human resources system (SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage
- Confident written and spoken English skills
