Your contribution
- Shapes and leads the design of the group-wide OE roadmap, leads and facilitates the execution of the OE roadmap (lean basics, standards, visualization, shop-floor management, problem solving techniques and tools, TPM…) in close collaboration with the entire Operations team
- Maintains KPI dashboard (KPI definition, OE saving targets, break-down per site and owner, monitors and reports progress/deviations, proposes countermeasures in terms of deviation)
- Leads, coordinates and motivates OE community (proposes and organizes workshops, trainings, best-practice sharing events)
- Leads OE specialist team
- Adheres to RKW’s code of conduct and represents RKW in a professional manner. Collaborates closely with supply chain, quality purchasing and the mfg. sites.
- Teach and coach Site Managers and organizations on the agreed standards of Shopfloor Management.
- Drive annual productivity savings by implementing standard work on Maintenance and SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die).
- Drive “Perfect Planning Guidelines” into the organization.
Your strengths
- Master degree (economics or engineering)
- At least 5yrs professional work experience in Lean, Operational Excellence, TPM with proven track record
- Work experience in an intercultural environment
- Proven track record of leading an organization in operation (preferred CPG environment)
- Business fluent English and German skills
- Excellent moderation and good analytical skills
- Problem solving mindset, persistence and resilience
- Shop-floor affiliation and proximity
- Ability to communicate and lead tasks in a matrix organization
- Ability and willingness to travel worldwide > 70%
