Your contribution
- Contribute to and operationalize the sales & marketing strategies (e.g. derive product portfolio and commercial implications from strategies)
- Steering and organization of the brand architecture as well as global brand drive in close cooperation with the specialists for IP
- Develop advanced product strategies (5P of marketing including pricing, marketing strategy etc.) which optimize RKW positioning in the market environment
- Act as a center of knowledge of the agricultural ecosystem, provide advanced market insights to the commercial organization, and derive strategic implications
- Optimize the product portfolio including standardization across plants, quality standards and pricing strategies
- Conception and implementation as well as market launch of new products or product variations.
- Leading cross-functional teams in new development or launch projects from marketing / pm perspective
- Evaluating and developing value proposition
Your strengths
- University degree in marketing or sales
- 3 year experience in a commercial function in agricultural sector
- Commercial experience with agricultural products
- Track record in building brand portfolios
- Good technical understanding
- German and English language skills essential, further languages beneficial
- Motivation for national and international travel
- Drivers license
