Your contribution
- R&D / application engineering activity in the area of IP&HH. Global Projects Management on IP&HH across the sites. Coordination of Developments in the IP&HH sector.
- Independent implementation of new development projects
- Looking for new solutions and technologies
- Active customer contacts: validation for new customers (core and new markets). Technical trainings
- Support with the standardization of film recipes and raw materials
- Process customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
Your strengths
- At least min. 5 years of work experience in a similar position
- Appropriate degree in mechanical engineering, plastics technology, chemistry, process engineering, packaging technology.
- Knowledge of polymer analysis, material knowledge of polyolefins
- Experience in extrusion technology
- Good working experience in an international company
- Strong leadership and communication skills for an international R&D team
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Self-reliant, determined and success-oriented way of working, teamwork and assertiveness
- Flexibility and high level of commitment
- Expertise in similar area and the related technology or other film applications
- Willingness for international travel up to 40%
