As a Plastics and Rubber Technologist, you are a skilled professional in the plastics processing industry. You set up and operate the production machines. You also monitor the production process and help ensure smooth production operations. During your training, you will get to know a wide range of departments in product development, production, and quality assurance.

What you bring:

  • A good qualified lower secondary school certificate
  • Interest in mechanical and technical processes
  • Good spatial awareness
  • Sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work in a team
  • Manual skills
  • Enjoyment of mathematics, physics, and chemistry

Apprenticeship duration:

3 years

As an Industrial Mechanic specializing in Maintenance, you are responsible for the regular, preventive maintenance and servicing of equipment in the production and workshop areas. You inspect operational systems and troubleshoot technical faults, including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, among others. You also determine operating values, identify signs of wear, and document them. In addition, you manufacture components, assemble machine parts on equipment, and lay lines and pipes. Working as part of a team, you also carry out new installations and modification projects.

Apprenticeship duration:

3.5 years

As a Materials Tester specializing in Plastics Technology, you carry out materials science analyses and prepare detailed, scientifically sound test reports. These material tests support the quality control of our preliminary and finished products, as well as production-related quality assurance, including the tracking and recording of quality defects. You also actively contribute to the development and documentation of targeted analytical procedures.

What you bring:

  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Interest in mathematics, physics, and chemistry

Apprenticeship duration:

3 years

As an IT Specialist for System Integration, you support us in the implementation of IT systems and are particularly involved in the installation of hardware and software components. You are also responsible for the commissioning and administration of our IT systems. In day-to-day business, you actively contribute to troubleshooting and the preparation of solutions and projects. Advising and supporting our employees with technical problems and open questions, as well as creating system documentation, are also part of your responsibilities.

What you bring:

  • Successful completion of intermediate school or a higher education entrance qualification
  • Enthusiasm for computer systems
  • Broad interest in the field of IT
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and reliability
  • Very good written and spoken German skills, as well as good English skills

Apprenticeship duration:

3 years

What We Offer:

    • €1,109 per month in the 1st year of training
    • €1,168 per month in the 2nd year of training

    • €1,305 per month in the 4th year of training
