As an Industrial Management Assistant, you will get to know the full spectrum of commercial tasks and rotate through various departments such as Human Resources, Accounting & Controlling, Purchasing, Customer Service & Sales, Marketing & Product Management, Work Preparation, as well as Logistics & Shipping. In doing so, you will actively support employees in day-to-day operations. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to interesting special topics and projects.

What you bring:

  • A good school-leaving qualification (at least intermediate school certificate)
  • Interest in and understanding of basic commercial processes
  • Initial commercial experience through an internship
  • Willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to new situations
  • A confident and outgoing manner
  • Team spirit and commitment

Apprenticeship duration:

3 years

As an Industrial Mechanic, you are responsible for the maintenance and servicing of equipment in the production and workshop areas. You also inspect operational systems and carry out modification work together with your colleagues. Another key part of your role is supporting the commissioning of new or repaired equipment and troubleshooting our machines to ensure smooth production processes.

Apprenticeship duration:

3.5 years

As an Industrial Electronics Technician, you are responsible for maintenance and repairs in the workshop and production areas. You also install electronic components, lay cables, and set up installation systems based on circuit diagrams. Another part of your role is troubleshooting machine faults to ensure smooth production processes.

Apprenticeship duration:

3.5 years

As a Skilled Warehouse Operator, you are the skilled professional in the field of internal logistics. You will learn about the logistical processes within our company and will, among other things, be responsible for preparing goods based on shipping orders in compliance with procedures and work instructions. You will also secure goods for transport, carry out loading and unloading operations, and handle the packing, repacking, labeling, and marking of goods. In addition, you will support warehouse activities and inventory work.

Apprenticeship duration:

2 years

As a Machine and Plant Operator, you are the skilled professional in production. You operate the production equipment, set up machines and systems, and ensure smooth order processing in production. In addition, you carry out error analyses and monitor the quality of the manufactured products.

Apprenticeship duration:

2 years

As a Process Technologist for Plastics and Rubber Technology, you are the skilled professional in plastics processing production. You maintain equipment, plan and manufacture plastics and rubber products, and set up machines and systems, which you then operate. You also monitor product quality, work with technical documentation, and process semi-finished materials.
