As a Printing Media Technologist, you are the expert for printing our plastic films. You are responsible for setting up the printing machines and for controlling and monitoring the printing process. Other areas of training include print form production and color technology.
What you bring:
- Intermediate school certificate with good grades in mathematics and physics

- Good understanding of technical relationships

Apprenticeship duration:
3 years
As a Machine and Plant Operator, you are responsible for setting up and operating printing and converting equipment used to print and enhance our plastic films. You also monitor production processes and ensure that assigned orders are carried out on the machines as specified. In other words, you are the one who keeps the machines running. In addition, you perform error analyses and quality inspections, making an important contribution to meeting our high quality standards.

As a Plastics and Rubber Technologist, you are the skilled professional in the plastics processing industry. You set up and operate the production machines. You also monitor the production process, ensure smooth operations, and maintain the quality of production.

Apprenticeship duration:
3 years
As an Industrial Mechanic, you are responsible for the maintenance and servicing of equipment in the production and workshop areas. You also inspect operational systems and carry out modification work together with your colleagues. Another key part of your role is supporting the commissioning of new or repaired equipment and troubleshooting our machines to ensure smooth production processes.

Apprenticeship duration:
3.5 years
As an Industrial Electronics Technician, you are responsible for maintenance and repairs in the workshop and production areas. You also install electronic components, lay cables, and set up installation systems based on circuit diagrams. Another part of your role is troubleshooting machine faults to ensure smooth production processes.

Apprenticeship duration:
3.5 years
As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, you operate forklift trucks for loading and unloading trucks and containers. You are also responsible for receiving all kinds of goods and checking incoming deliveries against the accompanying documents. You organize the unloading, proper sorting, and storage of goods. Another key part of your role is planning delivery routes in outbound logistics as well as assembling and packing goods, with particular attention to load securing.

Apprenticeship duration:

As a Materials Tester, you carry out materials science analyses and prepare detailed, scientifically sound test reports. These material tests support the quality control of our preliminary and finished products, as well as production-related quality assurance, including the tracking and recording of quality defects. You also actively contribute to the development and documentation of targeted analytical procedures.
What you bring:

Apprenticeship duration:
3 years
You will complete a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at the University of Cooperative Education in Göttingen. During the practical phases of your training with us, you will work on a variety of topics in our commercial departments, such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Controlling, and Human Resources, while independently taking on departmental responsibilities. In your final semester, you will write your bachelor’s thesis at our company in an area of your choice.
What you bring:
- General higher education entrance qualification with good to very good grades, especially in mathematics, German, and English
