DEI task force

Our DEI Taskforce brings together experts from marketing, sales, procurement, management, human resources, and communications to jointly develop effective strategies for an inclusive and discrimination-free work environment. Our main tasks include:

  • Analyzing existing structures and identifying areas for improvement
  • Developing targeted measures and initiatives to promote diversity and participation
  • Implementing the developed strategies through training, workshops, and the adjustment of relevant policies
  • Continuously monitoring progress using defined metrics
  • Ensuring transparent communication and actively involving all employees to sustainably increase awareness of DEI topics

Through this commitment, we create a work environment where diversity is valued and equal opportunity is part of everyday life.
 

Diversity Charter and DEI Guidelines

By signing the Diversity Charter in July 2021, we have publicly committed ourselves to a workplace environment that fosters recognition, appreciation, and inclusion of diversity. The Charter advocates for an open corporate culture in which differences are viewed as a strength and equal opportunity for all employees is a given.
 

The diversity of our workforce – shaped by demographic change, the competition for qualified talent, and the increasing plurality of life and work models – is a key factor for the success of RKW Group and strengthens our long-term performance.
This commitment is also reflected in our company-wide DEI policy. It ensures that in every country in which we operate, fair and non-discriminatory employment practices are upheld and that applicable equality and anti-discrimination laws are consistently followed.

 

Employee Surveys & Measuring Success

How effective are our DEI efforts within the company? To answer this, we regularly conduct surveys among employees and customers. We also track and analyze the social KPIs recommended in the CSRD guidelines. The insights gained are used to design targeted actions and to continuously improve our processes.
 

Our goal, through ongoing performance monitoring, is to increase our innovative capacity and productivity, enhance employee engagement, boost customer satisfaction, make informed decisions, and fully live up to our social responsibilities.
