Mannheim, February 11, 2025 – With effect from February 7, 2025, RKW Agri GmbH & Co. KG has been merged into RKW SE as part of the strategic vision of RKW Group.
This restructuring is designed to unify the two entities, allowing the company to consolidate the strengths and advance a robust, cohesive organization. This strategic move is a crucial step in reinforcing RKW Group's market position and achieving its goal of sustainable and successful growth.
“The agricultural business is an integral part of our company and product portfolio. By integrating Agri GmbH into RKW SE, we want to signal this to the outside world,” says Dennis Timmlau, Vice President Sales & Marketing Agriculture.
The product range of the Agriculture segment includes silage films and bags, round bale nets, greenhouse films, and early harvesting films and crop cover nonwovens.
