From March 12-14, 2025, RKW Group will present its innovative and sustainable agricultural products in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The focus will be on RKW's broad product portfolio of round bale nets and silage films.

Patented folding technology saves working time
The innovative silage combi film Polydress® TWISTA Strong offers double protection, because silage and underlay films are combined on one roll. Thanks to the patented 2-in-1 folding technology, both films can be laid out on the silo in a single step. This saves up to 50% in working time, optimizes the placement of the films and avoids the risk of holes and tears when laying them out. Furthermore, the film can be recycled and packaging material is also saved.
The latest generation of round bale nets
Rondotex® Wizard is a round bale net of the latest generation, which is characterized by “Mesh Magic Technology” with 33 warp threads. This unique netting technology makes the round bale net extremely robust and easy to handle. Compared to a standard net, 30% more round bales can be wrapped in the same time. In addition, material savings of approx. 15% per bale are achieved. The net is characterized by its high UV and temperature resistance and does not lose any of its stability even under the most extreme climatic conditions. Rondotex® Wizard also impresses with its optimal width stability and high tear resistance. Rondotex® Wizard combines the best possible functionality with sustainability aspects: it saves material and time, and is robust and safe.
Wide Product Portfolio for the Agricultural Sector
RKW offers agricultural customers an extensive range of products. RKW silage films help farmers to achieve optimal silage quality, work efficiency and time savings, and sustainability. Both products for classic applications with underlay and silage films and innovative 2-in-1 solutions cover the entire range of different requirements for successful silage.
RKW's Rondotex® round bale portfolio is specially designed to meet the needs and challenges of modern agriculture. The round bale nets are available in three different categories: Basic, Performance and Wizard. The Performance category includes round bale nets with extremely high tear resistance, while Wizard is the premium net.
In addition, the Rondotex® product family also includes a net replacement film that can be used as an alternative to round bale nets for certain applications. The film is characterized by high tear resistance and guarantees that the round bales retain their shape, ensuring that they are optimally protected during transport and storage. Compared to alternative products, it offers high stability with low resource consumption and no adhesive additives are used. Since 2024, RKW has also offered a stretch film. Rondotex® Stretch Film is extremely reliable due to its high tear and puncture resistance and is also suitable for all bale wrappers, i.e. for round and square bales. Rondotex® Stretch Film also has high UV stability and impresses with consistent elasticity and optimal adhesion.
RKW's agricultural portfolio is rounded off by silage bags. The stable Hytibag® silage tube is suitable for the efficient and safe storage of grain, silage and warm or wet industrial products.
