Your role and responsibilities
- Organization and supervision of the entire warehouse operation
- Control and monitoring of goods flow (goods receipt and dispatch, picking, packing, shipping)
- Technical and disciplinary leadership and motivation of warehouse staff
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and quality regulations
- Conducting inventory checks and planning and execution of stocktakes
- Analysis and continuous optimization of warehouse processes and structures
- Close cooperation with related departments such as Purchasing, Production, and Shipping
- Handling and resolution of complaints and transport damage
- Preparation of analyses and reports for logistics management
- Administration and coordination of the internal vehicle fleet
Your profile and qualifications
- Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in warehousing, ideally in a supervisory or coordinating role
- Proven experience in managing and leading staff
- Confident use of warehouse management systems and ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Valid forklift license
- Strong team and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
