Specialist Pricing Excellence (m/f/d)

Your role and responsibilities

  • Price Management: Assist in the implementation and optimization of pricing strategies, systems, and processes
  • Data & Dashboard: Help create and maintain pricing dashboards and analytics tools to support decision-making
  • Market Trends Research: Conduct basic competitive analysis to identify pricing structures and potential opportunities
  • Pricing Coordination: Act as a point of contact for pricing inquiries and support team members in negotiations
  • Price Tracker Updates: Maintain and improve price trackers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Training: Help prepare pricing-related training materials and collaborate with stakeholders to raise pricing expertise
  • Sales Support: Provide data and insights to sales teams to assist in pricing discussions and customer negotiations
  • Software Support: Contribute to the rollout and use of pricing software tools

Your profile and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, finance, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Relevant experience in pricing, sales, data analysis, or commercial excellence
  • Good command of English (German and/or other languages are a plus)
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales environments and supply chains
  • Familiarity with pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience working with data analysis tools (Excel, BI tools, SAP skills a plus) and willingness to learn pricing software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within pricing and commercial excellence
  • Occasional travel may be require
