Your role and responsibilities
- Checking supplier invoices, clarifying any discrepancies with the purchasing department
- Processing reminders and cash discount claims
- Posting incoming payments
- Clarifying payment differences and monitoring cash discount claims
- Creating reminder runs, monitoring defaulting customers, and initiating collection procedures
- Administrative tasks: e.g., processing official notifications
- Creating and posting I/C invoices
- Creating and executing SAP payment runs
- Processing, checking, and posting travel expense reports
- Collaborating on special projects for process optimization in the area of current account accounting
Your profile and qualifications
- Apprenticeship in business administration
- At least 2 years of professional experience in auditing/accounting
- Ideally, knowledge of SAP FI and MS Office
- Knowledge of sales tax
- Structured, results-oriented approach to work, with a high level of attention to detail and service orientation
- Good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
