Your contribution
- Responsibility for overseeing the financial management and reporting of the company
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to company and specifically HR expenses, including payroll, benefits, training and recruitment costs
- Responsibility for financial budgeting in collaboration with the HR department and other company-wide functions
- Monitor the budget and highlight variances and provide insights and recommendations to HR and management
- Evaluate company-wide cost factors and identify potential cost optimization and efficiency improvements
- Creating reports and dashboards for a clear overview of financial performance
- Work closely with HR leadership to align financial strategies with HR priorities and business objectives
Your strengths
- Completed Master\'s degree with a focus on controlling, accounting, finance or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Several years of experience in financial management, with extensive experience in corporate controlling and HR controlling
- Analytical thinking skills, talent for planning and working with financial models
- Excellent understanding of corporate and HR financial processes
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, finance and HR software (e.g. SAP R/3, Success Factors)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills and a high level of integrity
