Your contribution
- Coordinating and creating content the group-wide communication for external and internal audiences, including press releases, blog posts, podcasts, videos and social media posts
- Continuous improvement and further development of RKW employee app and intranet
- Cross-functional support of ongoing communication activities
- Support the planning as well as execution of internal and external events, also in the role of a facilitator and/or media spokesperson
- Providing communication guidelines and Corporate Messages
- Responsible for Corporate website content maintenance
Your strengths
- Bachelor and/or Master degree in Communications, Media Science, Business Studies, Marketing or comparable
- Several years working experience in Corporate Communications, journalism and/or PR
- Fluent German and English, French as a third language recommended
- Good communicator, comfortable to present to external and internal audiences
- Proven skills in content creation for online and social media, blog posting, with video editing skills a bonus
- Working experience with Web Content Management tools, SEO tools
- Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, open mindedness and able to work effectively on their own
