Your contribution
- You are responsible for advising and supporting managers and employees at the location in HR matters
- You coordinate the local selection process and are responsible for pre-selecting the best applicants
- You learn how to compile and evaluate HR key figures, reports and statistics
- You are allowed to conduct employee interviews and job interviews
Your strengths
- You are currently studying economics, business administration, business psychology, social sciences or a comparable course of study
- You already have some knowledge of employment law
- You have very good MS Office skills
- You enjoy HR topics and like to gain new experiences
- You speak German fluently
