Your contribution
- Recording and maintenance of all relevant employee master data in Success Factors Employee Central and ATOSS
- Maintenance of absences in the time management system, in particular maternity leave, parental leave, illness, including the execution of pre-sickness declarations with health insurance companies, vacation and other absences
- Administrative personnel work from the time employees join the company until they leave
- Administration of the company pension scheme and voluntary employer benefits
- Central contact person for employees and competent response to internal and external inquiries
- Administration, Maintenance and digitalization of personnel files
- Contract/registration and certification management, preparation of letters such as employment references and works council hearings
- Organization of the administrative area of local application management
- Close cooperation with HR BP
- Preparation of statistics and reports in the HR area
- Ongoing maintenance of the staffing plan and personnel budget in coordination with HR BP and CO
Your strengths
- Completed business studies with a focus on HR or comparable commercial vocational training with subsequent further training, e.g. HR specialist
- Several years of relevant professional experience in HR/personnel administration
- Confident knowledge of MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel),
- Knowlegde in the HR software ATOSS, SuccessFactors (EC/ECP) is desirable
- Basic knowledge of employment law
- Organizational strength and good time management as well as a systematic, independent and generalist way of working
- High resilience and flexibility as well as commitment and team spirit
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, diligence and discretion
