- Lead The company Proactive Quality Mind-sets and Culture
- Drive the set-up of the Quality Management System (QMS) ConSense for the company in compliance with regulatory and customer requirements and ensures implementation throughout the business.
- Ensure quality assurances is built into all business processes in line with the QMS system (ConSense).
- Develops the awareness on benefits of the management system compliance into the business
- The Group Quality Management System leader ensure an efficient certification program is in place to meet all market and regulatory requirements
- Develop and drive the internal audit program & capability to ensure successful certifications
- Follow up and drive the Quality KPI that meet compliance
- Set Up Drive and Lead the network of the site Quality Management System Owners
Ihre Stärken
- Bachelor or Master degree (or equal through experience) in engineering / sciences
- Experience in a business environment
- Good knowledge of multi quality management systems complexity (BRC, IFS, ISO 9001, ISO…)
- Analytical skills and communication skills
- Good communication skills towards different teams in the organization
- Leadership skill to be able to push projects forward and take full accountability
- Project management in cross functional teams
- Proactively reduce hurdles
- Fluent in English, any other language is considered as an asset
