  • Build up and take care of customer relations: contact and develop customers, negotiate profitable customer contracts. Organize and conduct customer trainings & promotion events.  
  • Develop and execute sales strategies: Define and realize sales potentials, identify target markets & customers within a defined region, take care of strategy implementation. 
  • Develop prices and pricing strategies in the target region for the product portfolio. 
  • Coordinate all administrative activities between customers and the internal organization; closely cooperate with Customer Service and Supply Chain Management
  • Cooperate with colleagues from Marketing, Application Engineering and R&D to constantly innovate our products and grow sales; ensure local marketing activities, participates in trade fairs, customer events and internal sales meetings 

Ihre Stärken

  • Relevant educational degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar field of study
  • At least 5 years of work experience in sales within horticultural industry
  • Good knowledge about greenhouse films
  • Extensive knowledge in sales strategy development and implementation of sales & marketing strategy
  • Proven working experience in an international multi-site company
  • Experience in B2B Sales of horticultural products to wholesale and / or horticultural cooperatives
  • Fluent in English and at least one language spoken in this region, deep familiarity with local customs and habits, ability to build up trustful customer relationships due to a high level of awareness of cultural requirements
  • Strong negotiator, excellent analytical and technical skills as well as problem-solving abilities 
  • Very good knowledge of SCM- and CRM Processes and tools and their application 
  • Excellent self-management skills & performance management 
  • Readiness to be present in targeted region, willingness to travel international
