Wasserburg cleans up
Voluntarily lend a hand to clean up - a large number of colleagues took part on a Saturday to clean up the site premises and the surrounding area as part of the RKW sustainability campaign.
"Rama dama – We'll clear the town! ”Shouted the then Mayor of Munich, Thomas Wimmer, more than 70 years ago. He was followed by more than 7,500 volunteers who cleared their city of war rubble. That was the origin and that is generally accepted in Bavaria as a call to action in order to collectively do something meaningful, which causes effort and where you may get your hands dirty.
Fortunately, no war debris had to be removed and so many hands were not needed when RKW in Wasserburg recently announced Rama dama. Nevertheless, the colleagues collected quite a few filled garbage bags.
