Key Account Manager Multipack (m/f/d)

Your contribution

 •    Source and grow sales with new business by converting, retaining and penetrating accounts, building strong/lasting, personal, and professional relationships with customers
•    Prepare, execute, lead annual sales contract negotiations
•    Deliver a pipeline, accurate sales forecast (of newly developed leads) and field sales intelligence; keep records and generate reports on all phases of the sales cycle. Be responsible for internal reporting and data analysis (e.g. forecast, budget, reports to management on sales development)
•    Be the main contact between customers and the internal organization: Answer inquiries and help with reports, price information, customer information, product information exchange. Liaise with Customer Service in order to manage customer challenges.
•    Cooperate with colleagues from Marketing, Product Management, Application Engineering and R&D to constantly contribute to further innovation of our products and grow sales; ensure local marketing activities, participates in trade fairs, customer events and internal sales meetings.

Your strengths

 •    Completed (university) degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a similar field of study
•    At least 5 years working experience in a sales role in a related industry of an international multi-site company
•    Experience in B2B and B2C Sales of product lines that require technical explanation, ideally of the plastic/film industry 
•    Very good technical understanding of product portfolio
•    Good Territory management and relentlessly driven to seek new business 
•    Experience in international key account management at multi-national accounts
•    Extremely strong relationship builder, negotiator & networker 
•    Proactive & independent working style while being able to work and take the lead in cross-functional teams
•    Very good knowledge of CRM and their application 
•    Analytical skills to set priorities in the pipeline & margins 
•    Business fluent in local languages & English, other languages would be a plus 
•    Willing to travel mostly in the region approx. 60%
