- Processing and handling of incoming orders as well as order changes
- Monitoring and tracking of customer orders
- Coordination with other departments such as production planning or logistics
- Customer communication and maintenance of customer-related data
- Sample processing
- Processing of incoming customer inquiries and coordination with responsible departments
- Processing of complaints
- Year-end calculation of customer bonus
- Administrative support for the sales force
Your strengths
- Successfully completed commercial education
- Proven experience in customer service in an international, manufacturing company
- Good understanding of sales processes and internal interfaces
- Fluent language skills in German and English
- Proven experience in SAP
- Profound handling of common MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong commitment and contribution to improvement of processes and organization
