Your contribution

  • Processing and handling of incoming orders as well as order changes
  • Monitoring and tracking of customer orders
  • Coordination with other departments such as production planning or logistics
  • Customer communication and maintenance of customer-related data
  • Sample processing
  • Processing of incoming customer inquiries and coordination with responsible departments
  • Processing of complaints
  • Year-end calculation of customer bonus
  • Administrative support for the sales force

Your strengths

  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • Proven experience in customer service in an international, manufacturing company
  • Good understanding of sales processes and internal interfaces
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
  • Proven experience in SAP
  • Profound handling of common MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong commitment and contribution to improvement of processes and organization
