Your contribution
We are looking for a Director Sales for our Segment Hygiene.Â- Manage accounts by coordinating the sales team and organizing sales processesÂ
- Be responsible for regional sales targets and profitability including budgeting, forecasting and controlling
- Support the function for contracts, negotiations with customers and be responsible for pricing strategies (monitor costs, competition prices and supply and demand)
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
- Implement sales excellence processes and develop field sales action plans
- Maintain or increase market share by keeping close contact with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Spot new business development opportunities and provide inputs to marketing and R&D
- Monitor track record of (Junior) Sales Managers/KAMs and coach sales talents by regular feedbacks and trainings
Your strengths
- Â University degree in Business, Economics or similar Â
- At least 7-10 years of sales management experience ideally in the Hygiene, FMCG or similarÂ
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales strategy implementationÂ
- Very good leadership and people management skills as well as extensive change management skills
- Good knowledge of SCM- and CRM Processes and tools and their application
- Strong negotiator with excellent analytical and technical skills as well as problem-solving abilities
- Business fluent German and English; any additional European language is desirable
- Willing to travel mainly within EuropeÂ
