HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Your contribution

  • Ensure that Group HR processes are implemented properly & lived locally. Continuously support their optimization together with Group HR.
  • Act as competent and trusted advisor and support managers, employees and trainees at the site in HR-related business matters such as recruiting, personnel development, critical feedbacks, disciplinary actions, etc. 
  • Act as change agent, coach, challenge and support managers on how to handle change, how to engage employees and build capabilities effectively
  • Build a constructive interface with Group HR functions: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits – as well as with HR Manager Region and HR Service Center for service & administration
  • Implement Group (HR) policies at the site together with the Director Site and if needed works council. Implement & secure legal, collective bargaining and labour law changes. 
  • Constructively cooperate and negotiate with the works council/ trade unions. Implement local collective agreements and guidelines with a high standardization on Group Level. 
  • Coordinate the local quantitative and qualitative personnel requirements. Compile and evaluate the personnel management key figures, reports and statistics

Your strengths

  • University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law or Social Science with major HR or comparable qualification
  • At least 3-5 years professional experience in HR as a generalist, specialist or business partner in a manufacturing site in an international group environment
  • Strong Experience in works council collaboration and profound knowledge of local labour and works council law  
  • High sense of quality and responsibility for HR topics and assertiveness combined with diplomatic skills and resilience 
  • Proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Very good German and English skills as well as knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally Success Factors
