Specialist Talent Development in Full-time or Part-time (m/f/d)

Your contribution

  • Actively support HR Business Partners in all talent management and succession planning processes 
  • Implement standardized talent panels/succession planning rounds across functional areas
  • Develop high-potentials across the organization by setting a standard for development & career plans (e.g. job rotations, development roles etc.)
  • Establish functional training concepts. Manage courses and measures to ensure professional and personal development
  • Establish and implement best-practice process blueprints with focus on digitalization of HR tasks (SuccessFactors)
  • Be responsible for talent development programs, personality- and competence models and succession planning to ensure a sustained potential development

Your strengths

  • Completed university degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Social Science or related fields
  • At least 3 years professional experience in Talent Management in an international environment of a global manufacturing matrix organization
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvements
  • Strategic and conceptual thinking with a hands-on attitude 
  • Empathetic, cooperative and strong communicator with consulting & coaching skills
  • Business fluent in German & English
