Manager IT Service Management (m/f/d)

Your contribution

In this role you're responsible for the global supplier and reional support and you ensure that IT services for internal customers are provided to their needs in respect to the defined Service Level Agreements. 
  • You manage and lead a team of about 10 employees (partly virtual)
  • You're responsible for implementing and ensuring global support processes
  • You develop and implement Service Level Agreements and manage escalations
  • Furthermore you will also plan, organize and execute trainings
  • Documentation

Your strengths

  • You have an IT related education (studies or apprenticeship) and minimum of 5 years professional leadership experience 
  • You have already worked with Service Management Tools
  • Basic network and Microsoft certifications
  • ITIL Foundation Service Processes
  • You're a good communicator, you enjoy working in a team, you are able to convince others through your inspring personality and you have already experience in leading a team
  • Fluent in English and German
