Manager Commercial Excellence (m/f/d)

Your contribution

  • Define & lead the sales excellence process with clear KPIs focusing on customer behavioural segmentation, strategic account plans, new customer development, pipeline management 
  • Own the link between sales excellence execution and profitable growth results for base business brickwalling, budget project growth and pipeline conversion
  • Synchronize the sales excellence execution plan with the marketing excellence strategy plan in terms of eco-intel, price/margin direction, (new) product portfolio management
  • Develop and manage the performance tools and processes into reporting, review cadence and score cards
  • Lead a new CRM implementation closely working with Sales Performance Analysts 
  • Work on people and culture (mindset) coaching processes together with HR, sales force training and effective sales incentives programs

Your strengths

  • Completed university degree in Business Administration or similar 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a (leadership) Sales Excellence position ideally in a multinational B2B company or in a top-tier strategy consultancy 
  • In-depth commercial excellence knowledge
  • Practical experience with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce 
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Innovative thinking: ability to identify improvement opportunities, challenge status quo and inspire changes 
  • Ability to drive strategic process and innovation perfection
  • Experience with managing cross-functional teams and external partners through large projects or initiatives
  • Excellent communicator with very good presentation & coaching skills 
  • Fluent in English & German, any other language is an advantage
